DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Match invoices with purchase orders and packing slips and validate the appropriate approvals and documentation.
• Vendor Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and credit limits. Address vendor inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to invoices, payments, or account balances.
• Expense Reconciliation: Review and reconcile employee expense reports, verifying that expenses follow company policies. Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place, and process reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records and documentation. Ensure all invoices, payment records, and related documents are properly filed and easily retrievable for auditing or reference purposes.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable, such as aging reports, accruals, and month-end closing activities. Provide support during financial audits and assist in resolving any accounts payable-related inquiries.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies within the accounts payable function. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, automation tools, and systems to streamline processes.
• Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a strong understanding of applicable accounting principles and standards.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations, procurement, treasury, tax, and accounting departments, to resolve invoice and payment-related issues. Foster effective communication and build positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
