Responsibilities

• Verification of stock transfer request: Demo, Customer exchange activities etc.
• Generate, monitor, and follow up on inventory aging.
• Reconciliation of subledger reports with general ledger.
• Perform $ witness stock disposal.
• Perform & reconcile inventory count
• Liaise with marketing / warehouse personnel for any inventory related issues. AP
• Liaise with Admin / ASC for trade related issues.
• Monthly journal entries.
• Supplier master: Create, and annual deactivation. Reporting
• Preparation of monthly inventory reports.
• Quarterly consolidation reports.
• Prepare balance sheet analysis for inventory / AP related accounts.
• Assist in J-SOX audit check sheet / financial audit / HQ audit.
• Any ad-hoc project/task

Requirements

• Min 3 years of working experience in full set accounting
• Experience in SAP
• Microsoft office: Excel, Powerpoint
• Diploma/Degree/ACCA level 2
