JOB VACANCY DESCRIPTION

Description:

·        Provides the project team general administrative assistance and support

·        Prepare Quotation and Costing

·        Provide assistance to the project team process the orders and delivery

·        Assist project team on preparing samples

·        Prepare delivery schedules, monitor orders and delivery

·        Monitoring and report all pending quotations and orders

·        Dealing and responding to emails

·        Update quotation and costing in the company management system

·        Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

·        Candidate must possess at least a “O” Level and above

·        Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience or team support administrative or secretarial function

·        Experience in billing role will be an added advantage

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
