Admin HRD

Qualifications:
– Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Management/Law.
– At least 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Development.
– Previous supervisory or managerial experience as HR Development in Coal Mining industry is highly desirable.
– PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH with strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Possess comprehensive knowledge of labor laws.
– Proven experience in assessing recruitment processes and talent management.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to adapt to changes in the organizational structure, industry trends, and HR practices.
– Familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

Required Skill:
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to adapt to change and be flexible in a dynamic work environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
– Willing to work under pressure
