    • Settle into the position and understand the complexities of the position and the hotel while building a rapport with the team and being perceived as a senior leader and mentor
    • Closely monitor and manage day to day operations or all responsible departments with a clear focus on achieving all relevant BSC goals
    • Developing a clear understanding of Hilton processes to drive long term consistency and achieve goals
    • Driving excellence in guest service across all segments
    • Driving and achieving revenue targets within his/her respective departments
    • Consistently delivering brand standards at all guest touch points
    • Develop a positive rapport with all stakeholders based on a principle of trust and excellent communication
