To control purchasing administration process from external sources within the uncompromised ethical standards. This role will include : Maintain all related purchasing documentations, Maintain & update Supplier Databased, Monitor status of orders in order to meet in quality and on-time delivery target

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all related purchasing documentations and ensure to kept the integrity, confidentiality, accessible & update.
  • Maintaince Supplier Databased & it’s categorization
  • Data collection & Cost reporting
  • Pricing update, Monitor status of orders, Track delivery times, updated to the system E-IPR
  • Provide quotation from specific supplier & providing alternate supplier

Competencies

  • Market & industry awarness
  • Computer ability to operate Windows office (Excel ,Words, Powerpoint)
  • Min 3 year experience related Procurement / supply chain
  • English verbal and written communication skill
  • Good analyst and problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities to meet deadlines
  • Good comunication skill
  • Have high work motivation, being responsible and being accurate to minize risk of mistakes.
