Business Development Executive

The business development executive is responsible for executing the Ydigital’s go-to-market strategy for SaaS platforms and supporting digital marketing services. The role is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in field sales and digital marketing. For the right candidate, this is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team in a new vertical the company is entering and the candidate will have the opportunity for regional work and aiding the expansion of the business development team.

The business development executive is working closely with the management team to generate qualified business leads through account based marketing and social selling. The business development executive will also be responsible for building his/her own group of leads in a new vertical the company is entering. The ideal candidate speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English.


Prospect & Opportunity Engagement

Strategize and develop new relationships

  • Identify, research & manage a dedicated set of targeted accounts

  • Identify prospect’s business objectives

  • Participate in forums, conferences and industry events to identify and generate new opportunities

  • Participate and contribute in weekly sales meeting with management team

Engage & Close Business Opportunities

Identify & develop effective relationships with decision makers, influencers and key contacts within targeted customer organizations in respective region, to ensure maximum sales impact

  • Use independent judgment to qualify and validate inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events and direct mail campaigns

  • Identify and qualify prospect’s project needs, budget, timelines, business issues and obstacles for transition to the appropriate sales individual to win the business

  • Engage prospects to book meetings

  • Participate in the end-to-end sales cycle by creating simple audits of digital marketing assets, presenting audits and Ydigital’s solutions

  • Collaborate with internal resources as necessary to develop opportunities

  • Negotiate client contracts and get leads ready for signature

  • Track relevant sales activities in the CRM system to provide transparency to the management team within sales, and track history of target accounts
