This position will be working for Business Development team of Quipper Campus, one of Quipper services. You will work closely with campuses (clients) to maintain good relations.
- Maintain clients (campus) relationship with making sure all the services can be delivered well
- Monitor promotion performance of each client and find the way to improve it
- Become a key person who will assist all the needs and requests from clients
- Monitor payment process and make sure all the progresses meet deadlines
- Actively collaborate with the other team to fulfill client needs and discuss the improvement
- Build an insightful report to clients based on their performance
- Have min. 2 years experience in customer relations/account relations, admin sales, marketing (education field is preferable)
- Good understanding in after-sales process, including service delivery and payment process
- Have strong communication and servicing skills
- Good analytical skills and time management
- Ability to create an insight and solution for clients
