Job Description
- Formulate, lead, implement & control hyper growth strategies & Operation Strategy.
- Leading both CEO & COO Office to come up with strategies to contribute to the company growth.
- Managing executive goals, priorities, internal and external task and special strategic project as needed.
- Pay attention to the process, coordination and communication of a project.
- Becoming the extension of both CEO and COO.
- Streamline process for the company and business.
- Comes up with new initiative on opportunity for the growth of the company.
The Successful Applicant
- Preferably Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Degree form a reputable university.
- At least 7 years of working experience with a mix of top tier management consulting firm and real sectors ( Tech or Fin Tech preferably )
- Excellent communication in English and time management.
- Proficiency in logical and strategy formulations
- Well versed in prioritising task
