The post holder will undertake the appropriate level of training and is responsible for ensuring that they understand and work within the safeguarding policies of the organisation.

Oxfam GB also participates in the Inter Agency Misconduct Disclosure Scheme. In line with this Scheme, we will request information from job applicants’ previous employers about any findings of sexual exploitation, sexual abuse and/or sexual harassment during employment, or incidents under investigation when the applicant left employment. How to apply
The process of submission will consist of steps as follow:
First step, the interested individual to send application before 15 December 2019, by enclosing the following required documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Personal statement/ cover letter stating your suitability for this piece of work during the period time
- Proposal that is consist of proposed methodology, data collection plan, etc and include daily rate proposal for this consultancy
- Samples of writing of similar pieces of work conducted (if any)

Second step, Oxfam will invite candidates for interview and presentations to elaborate on the methodology. and request to develop technical proposal in more depth with the aim of appointing before the end of 2019 to begin work in January 2020.
