Proactively recruiting and sourcing from several platforms, develop talent pool or social engagement
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroup and job sites
Help in negotiation process between candidate and company
Coordinating with head department to identify staffing needs
Defining manpower planning based on workload analysis
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, asessments and inperson interviews
Leading employment branding initiatives
Responsible to coordinate with IT Course/University to collaborate with company
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology (or related)
Having minimum experience of 3-4 years in recruitment for Tech or Non Tech roles
Good knowledge of recruitment techniques & processes
Good analytical skill & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge regarding psychology tools, scoring and reporting
Having experience in Media Monitoring/PR or IT Company is a Plus
