Job Responsibilities:

• Optimize sales and distributor coverage for tire stores in Jakarta
• Achieve minimum sales target for 138 accounts (@100 tyres/account/month)
• Develop and maintain good relationship, business operation and sales growth with stores
• Work closely with Head of Consumer and Assistant Sales Manager to improve business operations
• Conduct benchmarking activities with competitors
• Maintain good merchandising, display and store’s presentation at 138 stores

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2 years related experience with sales and marketing
• Has basic tire, product and business process knowledge
• Good interpersonal, communication and influence skills
• Familiar with MS Office Applications
