JOB VACANCY DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies to promote All That Jazz by using multiple communication channels including social media, email marketing and our website.
• Build and maintain a healthy calendar of content to continuously engage our audiences throughout the year.
• Create and publish organic high-quality, engaging content (including creating videos) across all social media platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms) as well as writing monthly newsletters, website articles and more.
• Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to customer feedback and reviews.
• Drive social media engagement and followers.
• Collaborate with other teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics as well as promote top priority jobs to the community.
• Plan and oversee creative concept shoots and videos and initiate content ideas.
• Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, and use data to improve our social media strategy.
• Collaborate with our performance marketing agency to execute performance marketing campaigns on digital channels, including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, etc.

Key Requirments

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation that has led to a highly engaged community ( please attach your portfolio)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to create engaging content that drives engagement and conversion
• Up to date with the latest marketing trends as well as marketing best practices
• Strong analytical skills, and experience using social media analytics tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Skills in video editing is also a plus
