• 1.1 Engagement Support “1. Reporting Daily Rides 2. Design incentive schemes 3. Analysis and monitoring fraud 4. Supporting data and problem solving to other division “

• 1.1 Communications “1. Create draft content for effective communication to Dax 2. Create scheduling market according to trend and season” Training Class Coordinator – Manage training participants – Manage classroom to support trainers and training activity – Manage daily training database Trainer – Delivering inclass training material – Reporting and evaluating daily training activity

The must haves:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from any major

• Experience with customer handling

• Good communication skil
