We aim for high-quality standards when it comes to communication to our users through crisp, clear, and compelling visuals and messaging.
Strategising on the communication and campaign development is critical for the growth of our company for which we are looking for a Creative Head to join our star-studded team.
If you are a creative person with a stronghold in ideating and conceptualizing marketing campaigns that inspire, inform, and captivate our users with the right messaging, BukuKas is the place to be. The role is based in Jakarta HQ, but we are open to work from home as well.

What Will You Do?
Strategise along with the marketing leads, performance marketing lead, designers and content writers to prepare the campaign calendar for performance marketing and social media
Coordinate with agencies, designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure a smooth process flow and ensure campaign calendar is executed on time
Conceptualise and present ideas as per the brief to the relevant team to get the work done
Analyse the performance of existing and past campaigns to derive insights and learning from it and improve upcoming campaigns
Ensure smooth running of new projects and delivery of creatives on time for the launch of campaigns
Ensure the creatives that are released by the team is used/implemented by the performance marketing or soc-med team
Maintain and deliver high-quality creatives on a regular basis
Development of concepts to improve the quality of internal production, implementation of new worldwide-consistent standards
Help guide, improve, and implement marketing concepts/processes and feedback processes
Over time, hire, develop and coach the creative team and help lead critique, design reviews, quarterly planning, and sprint planning
What Does It Take?
5-8 years of experience in marketing function with solid experience in as team leader leading a team of designers and marketing managers
Have a very strong understanding of Indonesia digital consumer space
Have atleast 4 years of experience in a marketing role in a tech startup
Experience in creating campaigns for performance marketing and social media marketing for a high growth startups
Experienced writer, editor, and all-around storyteller who can blend creativity with precision
Ability to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort
Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it; exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights
Sharing information and keeping people informed about what is happening
Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions; copes effectively with complexity and change
Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
Team player
Strong familiarity with social platforms
