As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products or services. Your primary responsibility is to assist and address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, provide information, and resolve issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to assist customers effectively.
• Identify and address customer concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Provide feedback on customer issues to help improve products, services, and processes.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma is required, and further education or relevant certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer service software and systems.
