Responsibilities

•  Perform renovation tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols during work.
• Properly handle and use tools.
• Maintain appropriate work conduct.
• Ensure cleanliness at work sites.
• Communicate with supervisor and Senior Tech regarding team matters.
• Report additional work needs to supervisor and Senior Tech.
• Fulfill other assigned duties from superiors.
• Abide by environmental policy and waste reduction.
• Follow Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) regulations.
• Align work with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.

Requirements

•  Must have personal transportation, preferably a bike, for travel.
• Possession of a valid Class 2 driving license.
• Ability to travel across Singapore for maintenance tasks.

Advantageous:

• Prior experience in the Lift industry.
• Certificate of Competency (CoC) in Lift System & Equipment Maintenance.
