A Food & Beverage Secretary provides the FB Team with administrative support, including maintaining appointment calendar, answering telephones, taking notes, taking reservations, assist in planning of roster / schedule, and other general office duties.

Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian:

• Have an experience in Luxurious hotel work environment.
• Ideally having Hotel Management / Hospitality education background, Diploma would be an advantage.
• Good ethic and professional attitude.
• Well-versed with Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Knowledge of PMS systems would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and task management skills.
