JOB VACANCY DESCRIPTION

• Position: Event Executive (CAREER ADVANCEMENT/GOOD COMPANY/GOOD BOSS/GOOD WORKING ENVIRONMENT)
• Location: 1 min walk from Bras Basah MRT station
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Performance Bonus + Travel Allowance + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits and Annual Check-up + Online Learning Portal for self-development
• Duration: 1 Year Contract (RENEWABLE/CONVERTIBLE TO PERMANEMT)
• Industry: Digital Media Marketing

Responsibilities:

• To work closely with client servicing teams to plan and execute conferences and events in the APAC region.
• Coordinate and work with the project team to manage and oversee the logistics requirements among stake holders, service providers, venue managers and delegates
• Candidate will be exposed to full spectrum of the MICE industry

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, Communications or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical society secretariat functions, speakers & delegates management, delegates recruitment, registration management or similar capacity with other industry
• Must be proficient in Photoshop
• Familiarity with database management and corporate travel booking
