We are looking for Finance Accounting Officer

Main Responsibilities:

• Import transactions from our bank statements into our accounting software (Jurnal.id & Xero) and to reconcile against our sales report
• Handle multiple companies and to be able to keep track intercompany loan.
• Prepare monthly financial statement both standalone and consolidated
• Analyze the financial statements
• Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
• Manage company payment and reimbursement process
• Report to Head of Finance Accounting or Chief Level

Requirements

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Preferably having 1 years experience in Finance and Accounting field
• Know how to operate accounting software (IMPORTANT)
• Having advance skill on operating Microsoft Excel application
• Good command in English, both written and spoken
• Having good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure, proactive, independent, fast learner, multi-tasking, able to work with team
