We are looking for Finance Accounting Officer
Main Responsibilities:
- Import transactions from our bank statements into our accounting software (Jurnal.id & Xero) and to reconcile against our sales report
- Handle multiple companies and to be able to keep track intercompany loan.
- Prepare monthly financial statement both standalone and consolidated
- Analyze the financial statements
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Manage company payment and reimbursement process
- Report to Head of Finance Accounting or Chief Level
Requirements
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Preferably having 1 years experience in Finance and Accounting field
- Know how to operate accounting software (IMPORTANT)
- Having advance skill on operating Microsoft Excel application
- Good command in English, both written and spoken
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure, proactive, independent, fast learner, multi-tasking, able to work with team
