Creation of new and update of vendors masters
3 way match of PO,DO and supplier invoices
Posting of Ap invoices
Preparing of payments
Monthly reconciliation of vendor payment
Reimbursement of petty cash claims
Reimbursement of employee expenses claims
Daily sales report update
Assist in Internal and external audits.
Administrative duties, filing and archives.
Perform other ad-hoc duties.
Requirement
- Possess at least Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/Business preferred.
- Meticulous and able to work independently and in a team
