Maintenance & Repair Inventory Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

  • Contribute to the smooth and consistent process of daily purchasing activities for manufacturing storeroom and MRO inventory.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all required MRO materials are available to support area of responsibility; maintain communication with that area
  • Use ERP Systems (INFOR) and work with Manufacturing Clusters to determine demand; establish orders based on demand according to maintenance planning
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with MRO vendors 4. Create and maintain routine maintenance master data
  • Maintain bill of materials (BOM) and resolve issues between BOMs and actual material consumptions
  • Analyze inventory levels to ensure inventory record accuracy (cycle counts, adjustments, reconcile inventory with Operations Analytics)
  • Manage intra-site MRO inventory movements
  • Proactively resolve consumption errors through root cause analysis

WHO YOU ARE

Education

  • Associate degree in Engineering, Technology, Management

Relevant experiences

  • 2 years experience in inventory planning or purchasing function
  • Possess good communication skill, perseverance to get results
