The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth, ensuring that it has access to the right tools and resources to continue its success. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a high-performing team while making a significant impact on the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products, as well as to monitor price trends and industry developments.
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier contracts and agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance through contact management, performance scorecards and regular audits.
- Analyze procurement data and develop reports on spending patterns, savings and other key metrics.
- Identify areas for process improvements and cost savings and implement initiatives accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record.
- Have at least 3 years of professional experience as a procurement specialist or similar role.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
