General Affair Staff

Concerning the role:
You will manage and supervise the day-to-day performing administrative work related to everything about the service of external public facilities of the office.

In the General Affair Staff position, you will be responsible for:
– Coordinating operational vehicles as a means of supporting the activities of all departments.
– Taking care of the extension of licenses for company licensing documents and vehicle letters to the relevant agencies.
– Receiving and spending petty cash for GA operational needs.

What qualifications and experience are required:
– Minimum Diploma education; open to all majors
– Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in the same position
– Proactive and dexterous
– Mature mentality, self-motivated, results-driven, solid planning skills, and good communication skills
– A strong commitment to the company
