Job Description

Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Driving 3PL Growth and optimization
2. Leading the creation of a 3PL dashboard/repository to track and monitor all KPI’s relevant to lead efficient QBR (CPP, lead time, breach, etc)
3. Drive 3PL capacity planning and forecasting analysis to support 3PL growth
4. Deep dives on CPP and come up with recommendation on how to optimize current setup or highkught key areas to negotiate with 3PL
5. Collaborate with ops and 3PL to improve CPP, lead time delivery, FD, DFD, loss, claim, breach and damage rates
6. Define project management to improve 3PL performance

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills
1. Strong analytical skills, excel, SQL and business understanding.
2. Min. 3-5 years of working experience in the relevant background on supplier relationship, project management, operational excellence, and process improvement.

3. Pro-active and positive attitude.
4. Willing to learn how to work within a team and independently.
5. Hardworking, methodical and very structured.
6. Able to work under pressure and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment.
7. Proficiency with office software.
8. Excellence in English communication both writing and speaking.
