1. Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
2. Participate in regular audits and payroll
3. Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
4. Manage month-end and year-end closing
5. Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
6. Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
7. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
8. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets.

Requirements:

1. Honest, hardworking, passionate
2. Experience with accounting software (Xero plus inventory management system)
3. Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
4. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
5. Excellent analytical skills and able to manage large amounts of data with computer programs (Xero plus inventory management system)
6. Attention to detail and accuracy
7. Team management skills
8. Ability to prioritize work
9. Minimum education D3 Accounting, Bachelor of Economics

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Salary: Rp2,000,000 – Rp3,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • D1-D4 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Mandarin (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CPA (Preferred)
