1. Prospecting and new business acquisitions in Food Service Business will be the key responsibility.
2. Effectively provide account management and ongoing service, support, and sales development to respective accounts in a defined geography and sector(s). This will include introduction of existing products, new products and innovations, enhanced sustainability and operational efficiencies.
3. Monitor and report for both respective accounts and aligned Key Accounts by utilizing corresponding tools, such as Sales Funnels, quarterly reporting, market share analysis, and other reports requested by central stakeholders and supervisors.
4. Monitor customer business at regular intervals and identify the key reason for SA’s business.
5. Be alert on competition and to knockout from customer/prospects.
6. Work intensely and directly on application expertise and execution delivery, including customer training and merchandising, to reinforce value proposition and brand equity. Hold monthly and quarterly review session with customers’ heads of department and location general managers.
7. Grow sales in geographic area and sector(s) by identifying, analyzing, and addressing opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as within existing customers through product and application recommendations.
8. Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.
9. Consult with Corporate Account Managers to ensure account management support delivered in respective accounts.
10. Extensively focus on top line.
11. Monthly stock requirement forecasting and building annual business plans.
12. Distribution and vendor management.
13. Ensuring administrative and financial requirements of the company are met from time to time.
