Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms’ employees achieve their goals. You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives.

Responsibility:

  • Manage Employee data support and conduct all activities related to On Boarding & Off Boarding process for all Service Line (coordinate with other Talent Function including HRBP).
  • Manage Employee data verification and validation in providing letter of employment requests for various purposes.
  • Manage Employee data verification and validation for business cards request matters.
  • Manage Employee data’s leave balance and transactions monitoring and reporting.
  • Employee Data thoroughness, completeness, reconciliations, analysis and reporting for various purposes (including but not limited to : employee personal file’s archival and retention, and so on).

Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 consecutive years of exposure to HR Generalist position or Employee Relations.
  • Male or Female.
  • Good English proficiency (active and passive English) in formal and professional working environment and etiquette.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.
