This is a fully remote position open for European or North American (Eastern) timezones

Our proprietary technology automates the management of millions of social interactions every day, while maintaining the personal quality of one-on-one conversations.

Client Operations Associates play a key role in BrandBastion’s internal operations by handling client configurations and internal tasks related to the functionality of the organization. The role requires an in-depth knowledge of BrandBastion’s service offerings as well as an efficiency driven approach to resolve operational issues on a daily basis.

Client Operations Associates are internally facing however engage with each team in the company often. Daily responsibilities can include but are not limited to the configuration of client accounts, ensuring a high quality of Moderation on accounts and improving operational efficiencies.

The goal of the Client Operations team as a whole is to maintain fluid operations while driving scalable solutions that impact the ability of BrandBastion to grow at scale.

What you will do:

As a Client Operations Associate at BrandBastion, responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Growth on client onboarding as well as ongoing client account maintenance and support
  • Implement process improvements within internal operations which allow BrandBastion to further scale
  • Assist in implementing operational changes by other teams (Development, CSM, Data Science, Ops, etc.)
  • Support daily operations through problem resolution, data management, etc.
  • Ensuring quality of service to our clients through Quality Assurance practices
  • Other tasks as they arise in a dynamic and evolving role
