  • Execute agreed activities to respond to sales volume and meet budget guidelines
  • Analyze channel and clients’ needs, and align with Principal guidelines
  • Increase revenue as well as help ensure operational excellence while adhering to given budget structure
  • Manage good relationships with Channels and Clients to ensure purchase, stock, and sales; as well as Conflict Resolution
  • Manage new Channels activation and ensure good cross-function collaborations to ensure the entire commerce process and administration are working smoothly
  • Coordinate with other departments


  • Organization skills: ability to handle and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail
  • Salesmanship: looking for ways to increase business in collaboration between principal and channels
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skill: a positive, confident, and proactive individual who can work with high levels of enthusiasm and able to communicate with the people inside and outside the organization while maintaining clarity in the information
  • Self-motivation involve resistant to stress and also efficient in handling problematic situations with ease
  • Computer competency to operate basic microsoft office for communication and reporting purposes
  • Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang
