MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage the distribution and trade marketing activities of Sanofi products in assigned key accounts/territories with the objective of achieving sales, profit, and growth targets both for Sanofi and its trade partners within company policies and procedures. Deliver on sustainable business growth through long term partnership and patient programs at trade level.
Manage key accounts in order to meet company sales, profit and growth target
Partnerhip Building / Business Development with Assigned Key Account(s)
Build long term partnership with key accounts IN ORDER TO achieve company’s strategic objectives
Responsible in assessing all risk involved under the area of customer & area development as mentioned in the position mission statement in order to safeguard the company from possible exposure
Responsible in complying and meeting all HSE roles and responsibilities in accordance to the existing HSE Policy.
- 3 years Sales management experiencen preferable with Account Management expeience
- Exposure in Pharmaceutical / OTC Healthcare industry
- Preferably have exposure handling retail chain
- Fluent in Bahasa and English language
- Ability to translate numeric analysis into sales strategies that can be implemented
- Ability to work with / drive Business Part to deliver business expectations
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
- Strong leadership skills (experienced in leading teams and/or cross-functional teams
