DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

We are steel and gas manufacture factory looking for:

• Candidate must possess at least High School.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• High initiative, independent and proactive,
• Good interpersonal & communication skills,
• Candidate seeking long term employment,
• A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision

Job responsibilities:

• To assist on forwarding standard e-mail replies to clients,
• Oversee daily operations,
• Administrative and secretarial support to Office Manager,
• Maintain office logistics / stationery,
• Handle office administration and provide operational support.
• Perform simple accounting functions, generate invoices, issue statement of accounts and follow up on payment from clients.
• Maintain accounting files and records,
• Perform e-filing



• Data entry
• Full spectrum of HR duties
• Preparation of all disbursements of cheques, and transfers
