DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Key Responsibilities:

· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to increase the customer base and ensure the brands’ strong presence in the market.

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts.

· Maintain a thorough knowledge of competition, products, and services.

· Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with regular and prospective customers

· Qualify potential sales leads/prospects.

· Able to develop and maintain strong business relationships

· Provide pricing and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained under prevailing credit guidelines of the organization.

· Identify opportunities to streamline customer supply chain activities and procedures, including identifying cost-saving opportunities for the customer whilst maximizing account profitability.

· Undertake formal and informal business reviews with the customer and appropriate Head of Department.

· Actively engage with management and other BUs to provide client-specific solutions.

· Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new business generated and manage the implementation of new business into the operational department

· Provide activity reports and sales plans

· Actively participate in aggressive sales and skills training

· Adhere to all requirements outlined in the Sales Policy

· Achieve the agreed monthly/quarterly/annual growth targets

· Debt Control: Follow up on payments due and timely recovery

· Submit weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner (Sales activity, Pipeline, financial, etc.)

· Other duties as may be assigned.

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree holder

· At least 10 years selling Freight (Imports, Export) and Logistics / Supply chain solutions to local and international clients.

· At least 5 years of experience in branch manager.

· Based in Surabaya and willing to travel if needed

· controlled the eastern part of Indonesia

· Business proficient English skill

· A proven track record and successful sales history

· Possess a valid Driving License

· Professional image, polished presentation

· Strong relationship-building and negotiating skills

· High energy and results-oriented, successful closer

· Confident, Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent listening and analytical skills
