The role

You will play a key role in spearheading the creative vision and strategy for Arti Bintang Wisesa’s client, that will be critical in elevating the client;s brand, globally. You will be responsible for shaping visual communications strategy.

9. Exceptional relationship management, communication and influencing skills; ability to build buy-in and trust with internal and external stakeholders, across all functions and levels
10. A charismatic yet relatable leader and team player with a keen attention to detail

Main Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction
2. Elevate and refresh all visual communication across all digital and physical touchpoints, event for Arti Bintang Wisesa client’s project
3. Collaborate closely with Production Team in producing visual touchhpoint and visual tools for event
4. Manage full value chain, efficiency and cost efficiency of production: collection relevance, model selection, shoot, image editing, overall graphical layout and end product prior to live date

Leadership

1. Mentor and guide team particularly in the development of strong design, production, post-production, retail design and project management skills
2. Groom team into a high performance, self-starting and customer-centric team – always seeking to understand the why, the customer, and striving towards continuous improvement
3. Manage overall team productivity and efficiency: continuously improve quality and reduce turnaround times
4. Lead in developing the required framework, tools, reporting and processes for the team
5. Initiate and create a strong support ecosystem with all the required internal stakeholders
6. Work in setting up freelance team where appropriate

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

1. At least 5+ years of solid strategic creative work experience in event organiser or be creative team lead
2. Good understanding of all phases of creative value chain
3. Strong and demonstrated leadership skills and has experience managing a sizable team
4. Strong skills with design softwares such as Adobe Suites and SketchUp, 3DMax, AutoCad, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect, DaVinci Resolve Studio
5. Thorough understanding of photography, typography, print techniques and digital platforms
6. Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
7. Strong and effective communicator and an influential team player
8. Diploma or degree in design, visual communication or other relevant fields
