DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Requirements:

• Have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field

• Minimum 2 years experience in solar power plants, especially operation and maintenance of off-grid solar power plants.

• Experience working in remote or rural villages that have limited infrastructure: access to electricity, telecommunications signals, etc.

• Have experience providing operations and maintenance training to local operators or similar training

• Good communication skills, with a strong ability to convey knowledge.

• Willing to travel to several small islands in Central Kalimantan or Southeast Sulawesi for a month. The transportation to the island will use a small boat with an estimated passenger of around 5 people and the journey duration is approximately 2 hours.

• Contract Period : Project base, duration 6 Nov – 31 Jan 2024

Job Description:

• Conduct a five to seven-day training for local operators in the remote village that received an off-grid solar power plant. The training will be carried out in 3-4 villages per team (two people).

• Prepare other materials needed to carry out training in the remote village.

• Perform an operation and maintenance check of off-grid Solar Power Plant.

• Conduct Solar Power Plant system testing and commissioning.

• Documentation and reports of training implementation.
