Lowongan Kerja Posisi Executive Chemist di PT SIME DARBY OILS SEI MANGKEI REFINERY

DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

• Report direct to HOD Quality Control.
• Assist the HOD in the general administration of the department and to act on his behalf in his absence.
• Ensure good and proper running of the laboratory including stock of chemicals and ingredients, manpower deployment and shift arrangement and other employee affairs.
• Track and maintain records of product rejection, process deviations and complaint from customers and ensure implementation of the necessary measures agreed to avoid repeating similar mistakes
• Review the results and approve the qualities of incoming raw materials, oil processed and finished products to ensure within control limit/specifications.
• To provide timely feed back and recommendations on the inspection and testing results to plant personnel so as to ensure proper segregation of product basing on quality.
• Implementation of QMS ISO 9001:2000, HACCP, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 in the laboratory and maintain good and proper records of all activities related to the above.



• Provide training and conduct Qualifications cross-checks testing from time to time for the new and existing Laboratory Assistants.
• Evaluate and implement new analytical test methods for up-dating the current analytical procedures.
• To check regularly the analytical result reported by Lab. Assistants with purpose to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
• Perform any other duties delegated by the Company.

Qualification :

• Bachelor of chemistry or 2 years experience in a related field.
• Computer literate is a must.
• Fluent in English, Min. TOEFL score 500
• Leadership Traits. Interpolation & communication skills.
