Description

1. Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.



• Create and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

1. Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.

1. Digital Marketing:

• Manage digital marketing channels.
• Optimise the company website for SEO and user experience.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.

1. Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize marketing analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate regular reports on marketing ROI, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.

1. Brand Management:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing materials.
• Work to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
• Protect and uphold the company’s brand integrity.

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Set clear goals and KPIs for the team.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Marketing both strategy and execution exposure.
• Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of success
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
