DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the manufacturing and production processes within the facility. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of production, from scheduling and quality control to team leadership and process improvement.

The client is a leading PET plastic manufacturer.

Description

• Production Planning: Develop production schedules and production plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards and processes to ensure products meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Resource Management: Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Allocate resources effectively to achieve production goals



• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production while minimizing excess stock.
• Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize production processes to reduce operational expenses.
• Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and clean work environment, implement safety protocols, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or business) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
• Has flexoprinting or plastic manufacturing background, especially if you have handled resin



• Speaks fluent English
