DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to develop and improve paint and coating formulations.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw conclusions to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams & headquarter to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing processes to enhance product performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to patent applications and intellectual property development.



• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Material or related major.
• Experienced Min 3 years in Chemical engineering
• Able to speak in Japanese min N2 Level
• Willing to be placed in Karawang.
