We are hiring Sales Executive for our client (design and manufacturing of screw shafts and barrels for injection moulding, plastic extrusion & rubber process).
Area : Cikarang – JABABEKA/EJIP/KARAWANG
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Area Manager / Business Development Manager / Advisor / GM.
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales target set by management.
- Responsible for sales and market share targets for the designed market.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis, gather market feedback, identify and develop new opportunities to build on a growing customer base in Jakarta/Indonesia market.
- Maintain and maximize growth potential of existing key customers.
- Develop new potential customers to expand business opportunities.
- Creates leads and follows sales opportunities within assigned key Customers
- Respond to customers request for information, request for quote and after sales service support.
- Respond to customer needs, enquiries and complaints.
- Follow up & Liaise with HQ to ensure OTD for orders receive.
- Ensure customers payment is on time.
- Submitting sales reports to Area Manager / Business Development Manager / Advisor / GM, e.g. Daily Sales Report, Daily Visitation Report, Summary Sales Report.
Requirements:
- Able to speak, read and write in English.
- Experience in managing and handling overseas orders & shipments.
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative mindset to solve problems
- Good negotiation & presentation skills
- Detail and consistent follow up
- Proven ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at different levels in a customer organization
- Fast learner & aggressive in achieving sales target.
- Possess own transport and must be willing to travel.
- Fresh Graduated are encouraged to apply as comprehensive sales training will be provided.
Pengalaman Kerja:

Rp 6,000,000 – Rp 9,000,000 | sampai |
