We are hiring Sales Executive for our client (design and manufacturing of screw shafts and barrels for injection moulding, plastic extrusion & rubber process). 

Area : Cikarang – JABABEKA/EJIP/KARAWANG

Responsibilities: 

  1. Reports to Area Manager / Business Development Manager / Advisor / GM. 
  2. Responsible for achieving monthly sales target set by management. 
  3. Responsible for sales and market share targets for the designed market. 
  4. Conduct regular competitive analysis, gather market feedback, identify and develop new opportunities to build on a growing customer base in Jakarta/Indonesia market. 
  5. Maintain and maximize growth potential of existing key customers. 
  6. Develop new potential customers to expand business opportunities. 
  7. Creates leads and follows sales opportunities within assigned key Customers 
  8. Respond to customers request for information, request for quote and after sales service support. 
  9. Respond to customer needs, enquiries and complaints. 
  10. Follow up & Liaise with HQ to ensure OTD for orders receive. 
  11. Ensure customers payment is on time. 
  12. Submitting sales reports to Area Manager / Business Development Manager / Advisor / GM, e.g. Daily Sales Report, Daily Visitation Report, Summary Sales Report.

Requirements:

  1. Able to speak, read and write in English. 
  2. Experience in managing and handling overseas orders & shipments. 
  3. Excellent communication skills 
  4. Creative mindset to solve problems 
  5. Good negotiation & presentation skills 
  6. Detail and consistent follow up 
  7. Proven ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at different levels in a customer organization 
  8. Fast learner & aggressive in achieving sales target. 
  9. Possess own transport and must be willing to travel. 
  10. Fresh Graduated are encouraged to apply as comprehensive sales training will be provided.

Pengalaman Kerja:
Perjanjian Lowongan Kerja: Full time

Kompensasi serta Bonus

Rentangan Kompensasi

Rp 6,000,000 – Rp 9,000,000sampai

*Seandainya rentang penghasilan tidak muncul, maka perusahaan atau HeadHunter berniat menutupi besaran penghasilan.
