PT OKI Pulp and Paper Mills adalah perusahaan pabrik kertas yang merupakan bagian dari Asia Pulp & Paper (APP), Sinarmas Group. Pabrik Oki Pulp and Paper berada di Ogan Komering Ilir, Sumatra Selatan. Oki Pulp & Paper Mills hingga saat ini masih memiliki 13 medium term notes (MTN) yang masih aktif. Pada tahun ini, Oki Pulp & Paper memiliki MTN jatuh tempo senilai US$ 1,5 juta pada 5 September 2020. MTN Oki Pulp & Paper yang jatuh tempo pada tahun 2021 sebesar Rp 1,1 triliun dan US$ 10 juta.

PT Oki Pulp & Paper Mills kembali menerbitkan surat utang jangka menengah alias medium term notes (MTN). Dalam keterbukaan informasi di Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), Oki Pulp & Paper Mills menerbitkan MTN senilai Rp 300 miliar dengan bunga tetap 11% per tahun.

Lowongan Kerja PT OKI Pulp and Paper Mills

Perusahaan ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi berikut ini:

1. Contract Control Project

Kualifikasi:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
2. Minimum 8 years’ working experience as Constraction Contract Management
3. Strong time & project management ability under tight timeline
4. Manage for execute the civil construction contract
5. Good command of written and spoken English
6. Working Location: OKI, Sumatera Selatan

2. Cost Control Project

Kualifikasi:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 7 years’ working experience as Cost Control
3. Familiar with use the cost sofware market prices, SAP System etc.
4. Able in Cost accouting work, audit work for sattlement tracking forecast of cost indicators and dynamic cost payment tracking of progress payment
5. Good command of written and spoken English
6. Working Location: OKI, Sumatera Selatan

3. Document Control

Kualifikasi:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree all Majors
2. Work experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
3. Have Ecperience as Document Control Min 4 Years
4. Active Communication with English (prioritized)
5. Proficient in MS Office & MS Project.
6. Have experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
7. Have the ability to multitask, and able to work under pressure.
8. Able to work in team and individual
9. Good command of written and spoken English
10. Working Location: OKI, Sumatera Selatan
