Account Executive – Specialist Corporate and B2B Group or Event 

PT Omala Management Indonesia is Startup Company in accommodations management system. Our service focusing on digital marketing, business and financial consultancy, and management system for local guest house, homestay, villa, and resort up to 20 rooms located in Desa Wisata cross Indonesia. 

Interesting in tourism, travelling, culinary, sport activities, community, and lifestyle is a must. Proven experience on hospitality, tourism, and creative industries will be point plus. 

Account Executive is a sales marketing in charge person who responsible to reach revenue target by group booking or project based, focusing market on corporate and B2B account.

Job descriptions for this roles

• Reach monthly and annual revenue by company target. 
• Setup sales and marketing strategies to achieve target.
• Put attentions on calendar event and create an actual action plan to make a confirm transactions.
• Doing sales visit and business trip to familiarization company product and service, build potential business networking, and maintain existing clients. 
• CRM and clients data base management.
• Inquiries management focusing on potential project/ group/ or event.   
• Manage conventional sales marketing strategies and have clear action plan. 
• Doing administrations 

Skill and qualifications 

• Proven 1+ experience as account executive/ sales with corporate, government, B2B, and communities account. Working experience background of hospitality/ tourism industry should be plus points.
• Proven to have valid clients data base will be priority candidate.   
• Digital savvy and high movement activities.
• Good communication and business networking.
• Cheerful, good attitude, well grooming, positive vibes, and open minded to learn and growth.
• English speaking is a must and other language is point plus.
