Job DescriptionWe are looking for a competitive Assisstant Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients as well as responsible for building and maintaining . He / she will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.ResponsibilityResponsible for meeting prospective customers to present projects Responsible for building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up Continually advance your knowledge and that of other employees Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and motivate associates to optimize performance Get the sale using various customer sales methods. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads Act as liaison between stakeholders and teams to negotiate project scope Facilitate decision – making, issue resolution and consensus among the team members and dependent teams Optimize the sourcing mix to be used to fulfil the projects needs Manage multiple small development teams and Product Support teams. This includes the hiring , development , training and evaluation of direct reports. Manage relationships and work closely with internal teams including other Product Development teams , Business users and other teams for resolution of escalated customer product problems. Identifies the system improvement opportunities based on tracking product support requests or repetitive issues and makes recommendations to product manager on potential solutions RequirementExperience with service-enable software solution Excellent oral and written communication skills Comfortable having professional conversation with our customers Excellent problem-solving & Analytical Skills
