Customer Experience – Operations Excellence Intern
DescriptionTo work closely with each of operations LOB (Line of Business) to achieve the desired metrics.
Intervene and collaborate with each of LOB (Line of Business) leads to identify the root cause to fix the declining metrics as soon as possible.
To monitor and quantify all improvement projects in operations function.
To proactively explore tools or features that able to minimize or reduce inefficient manual handling process in operational area (e.g: intent classification for social media tickets to route inquiries to certain group of agents).
RequirementsFinal year student from reputable university in any field.
Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, growth mindset and good communication skill.
Able to work individually and in team.
Eager to learn and improve yourself.
Available for minimum 3 months of internship period.
Available as soon as possible.
Able to work full time from Monday to Friday.
