DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Carry out HR activities for Recruitment, Training, and other HR Tasks,
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the company,
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities,
- Assist in the preparation of HRGA budgets and expense report
- Involves in pre-recruitment process for labor supply which includes job identification, organization structure discussion with user (if needed) and approval process to management. Also, monitoring hiring process to be done as per SLA
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field with minimum GPA 3.00
- Excellent in MS. Excel, Word & Power Point
- Communicative and active
- Good negotiation skill, mature, good personality, honest, friendly, high motivated, loyal, and creative
- Have experience in coordinating and managing relation with labor union
