Job description:

  1. Order Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and verify a wide range of export, import, and domestic shipment documents (such as PEB, PIB, NPE, COO, Quarantine, Survey Report, and other related paperwork), ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  2. Preparation of documents attached to bills or invoices to finance.
  3. Compliance: Ensure that all export-import documentation adheres to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
  4. Data Entry: Accurately enter shipping and inventory data into relevant systems and databases.
  5. Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, customs brokers, carriers, surveyor, and government agencies to facilitate the clearance and movement of goods.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all export and import documentation, both electronically and in hard copy.
  7. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on documents to minimize errors and discrepancies.
  8. Problem Resolution: Address any documentation-related issues, discrepancies, or delays and work to find timely solutions.
  9. Reporting: Generate reports related to export-import and domestic documentation, compliance, and record-keeping as needed.
  10. Candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree from any field. Logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. 

 

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 year of experience in export-import and domestic document preparation or logistics support.
  2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  3. Familiarity with freight forwarder, import/export processes, domestic logistics, and project logistics is advantageous.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
  5. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  6. Adaptability to changing regulations and requirements in international trade.
  7. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Ms. Office and relevant software tools.
  8. Certification in International Trade, Export Documentation, or a related field may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
