Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan proses rekrutmen SPX Express untuk posisi Mitra Driver dan Kurir, mulai dari proses Sourcing, Screening, dan Wawancara
- Berkoordinasi dengan user dalam pemenuhan rekrutmen yang sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan
- Melakukan proses administrasi yang berkaitan dengan proses rekrutmen
Kriteria
- Usia max 26 Tahun
- S-1 dari segala jurusan, diutamakan jurusan Psikoogi
- Freshgraduate dapat melamar, diutamakan berpengalaman sebagai Rekrutmen maksimal 1 tahun
- Memiliki kemapuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Memiliki kendaraan bermotor
- Bersedia untuk bekerja di lapangan (melakuan kanvasing, flyering, walk-in interview)
- Mahir menggunakan google sheet dan excell
- Berpengalaman melaksanakan masif rekrutmen menjadi nilai tambah
