As the Payroll and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and management, as well as maintaining and optimizing the HRIS system. You will lead a team of payroll specialists and collaborate closely with HR professionals to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient utilization of the HRIS platform.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Payroll Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes, and distribution of payments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract workers.
  • Review payroll reports for discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and tax regulations.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll, including discrepancies, deductions, and tax filings.

2. HRIS Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database
  • Enter new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status into the HRIS system.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee information, following data protection regulations.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to support HR and management decision-making processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of current employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR-related activities.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee file maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices.

3. Leadership

  • Prioritize tasks, ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience in system administration and configuration (experience with TALENTA is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify discrepancies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Willing to WFO at Alam Sutera, Tangerang
