Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Portfolio StrategyDevelopment and implementation of marketing plan and tactics including action plans within agreed time framesDevelopment of the assigned Product Plan (Sales/ Marketing Plan, Action Plan/Refreshing, Survey Report)Market trends and sales potential analysed on a monthly basis (IPSA and IMS)Market Research Programs implemented where appropriate to provide input into marketing plan. Tracks promotional activities and sales development of key competitors and initiate appropriate counter strategiesProduct Portfolio ManagementProduct cost centre controlled according to plan or latest estimate including monthly maintenanceProduct forecast controlledPromotional materials (Detailing Aids, Product Presentation, Symposia/ Medical Events, Product Exhibition, Journal Advertising, etc.) and marketing activities prepared in conformity with company guidelines and code of ethicsProduct / Packaging DevelopmentCustomers/Health Care ProfessionalActive in key conferences related to target groupsParticipate as frequent as possible infield days with field forceAnnually review relevant key drivers for customer satisfaction research amongst customer groups. Make recommendations for customer satisfaction action plans which address these key drivers KOLs identified and networked on an ongoing basisResponsible for internal control assessment of the areaRequirementsEducation: S1 Degree preferably in the Medical / Pharmaceutical field, MBA / MM will be an advantageExperience & KnowledgeExperienced as a Product Manager in Pharma or Consumers Health industryExperienced as Area Manager or Medical representative will be advantageCore CompetenciesFluent in EnglishMarket & Product KnowledgeCommunication skills (Talking and selling ability)Good relation with opinion leaders (doctors)Good decision makingSmart and good trainerAt Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
